Currently we honor no returns of items unless there is an error on our part or a damaged shipment.
If you have a quality issue or problem that is due to our product or company, do not automatically send the items back to us – call or email customer service first to receive authorization. We’ll need to know the reason for return. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to get this return authorization.

What if I receive damaged goods?
When your order arrives, inspect all packaging carefully for
damage before signing. Note any damage or suspected damage on
the delivery receipt. If the items are damaged, do not throw the
carton away. Call us right away. Also call the delivering carrier
and request an inspection report. Confirm with us in writing
within 14 days after delivery. Send a copy of the inspection report
along with a brief description of the damage to our Customer
Service Department. Every return to us must be authorized. You
must get an authorization number from us to return any item.
