This Velvet Pouch is handmade and beautiful. We made these for our old style Jonathan time capsule in the 1990's. That time capsule measured 5-1/8" in diameter and stood 6-1/4" tall. So you could use these velvet pouches for containers that measure that size. The exact measurements of this pouch or bag is 8-1/4" x 12" and it has a bottom that is 4-1/2" in diameter. Be sure to measure your item carefully. Similar to the other pouch that we sell, the Sally Velvet Pouch which measures 6.5" x 16", with a 4" diameter bottom. It's also fully lined in white satin, and it's sewn carefully by hand. Quantities are limited. Please note this item is for the bag only - we no longer have the time capsule in stock. This bag is popular also for ashes such as is provided by a crematory (in their plastic pouch) and this offers a nice outer holding pouch for the bereaved. This pouch holds more than the Sally pouch.
