Hard to beat this time capsule

We got this time capsule for our 10th anniversary and are looking forward to doing another one in another 15. Everyone in the office had fun contributing things they thought were good, and gave reasons too. The party was hilarious. Some put in photos, others put in letters and we had about 120 things in there. We even put a DVD in it of the party. Nice looking capsule. We put it in our trophy case in the lobby.

Q: Are these capsules water proof? We want to bury in the ground?

A: They might be, on their own, but we recommend a sealant kit to go with them if they are buried. They do have a unique design in the long threaded cap, certainly, but to be sure we recommend you order the sealant. If buried, the orientation should be vertical (up and down) with the capped part of the time capsule on the top. Other considerations apply when burying, but we provide much more information along with each sealant kit. Best of luck!

Q: What is the delivery time on the kit?

A: Thank you for asking. We have improved the kit, added more items and keeping the info for an actual count of more than 65 things. We felt it was better to have more supplies and count those. This being said, we do have a new listing and will be revising that on the item's page today. Please see that item listing for the latest items in that kit.

To answer your question, we have made enough of the new kit to be able to ship promptly. If the order comes in early enough, we can get the package out that day (if not engraved). If it comes in late in the day, you can expect it to be shipped the next day. We suggest FedEx shipping for this time capsule item since we have seen an increase in USPS damage to it. The package is 24x6x6 and a bit large for mail delivery. Thanks again.
