Just type the wording you want for your cast plaque in the space provided. (If there is a problem with the fit, we will let you know before we send you the proof.)
Choose the specifications for your plaque's coloring and borders styles. Don't worry - you'll get another chance to revise these when we send you the official specifications detail sheet to sign.
We'll send the proof and spec sheet for you to sign and approve. Send them back to us with your signed approval. Once we get them, we can submit your plaque to the foundry. Allow 3 weeks after your approval plus shipping time for delivery.

Please note: for packages, we ship this time capsule and kit first, with the plaque to be shipped in about 4 weeks. Should you wish the items to ship together, place this information in your order notes. Sorry but we cannot ship easy packages outside of the USA.
