In the event you do not receive your order on a timely basis, or if you receive a damaged shipment, contact our office right away. Do not initiate a claim with the carrier unless you are directed to do so.
30 Day Return Policy. In general, for buyer's remorse or similar reason for return, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. If the item is defective or damaged in transit, the buyer is not responsible for the return shipping. But please contact us first.
At the time of shipping, we make every attempt to let you know the tracking number and ship date. First, when we make the label, you get an email from the carrier with the tracking number. Just copy and paste the number into Google or any search engine to track the shipment. Then, we update the online store with the details of the shipment.
