Q: Can this particular capsule be buried outdoors?

Yes, it can be buried with the 82703 Sealant Wax kit. That kit comes with not just the sealant but a wax add on and instructions on how to apply the sealant correctly as well as tips and recommendations on how to bury it properly too. We will try to add the sealant as an option or you could search for 82703 and purchase separately when you buy the capsule.
