This shiny black & silver label says "Time Capsule" and it is already stamped with unique 4 digit number. It does not have space for you to write on it, but it is one way of identifying the time capsule.

Label material is foil based with super-tacky, longer lasting adhesive and a coating on it. This is the type of label you might see on outdoor equipment, and the manufacturer recommendations say they should last up to 5 years (or more) outdoors.
