This special desiccant is made of natural clay, yet is enclosed in a white Tyvek pouch and is considered safe for medical and museum work since it is 'non-dusting'. It is completely inert and safe to use! Just drop the white packet into your time capsule or other container. No cutting or repackaging required. We package each order into a sturdy polyethylene package for you to protect it in transit.
Each 2 unit packet protects up to 2,856 cubic inches or 1.67 cubic feet in an airtight container. Size of each packet is 3"x5-7/8".
