Our scrolls come in a choice of sizes, depending on your needs. Widths can be short (such as 8") or wide (such as 2 feet or 24"). Lengths can also be short (17") or can be up to 6 or 9 feet. The paper is 300-year AcidFree, LigninFree, Buffered seamless bond. The Simple Scroll has no ends (yes, it's just a large sheet of acid free paper), but it comes to you wrapped in white tissue (acid-free lignin-free & buffered) and a nice ribbon of neutral color (you can specify a color or two in your order notes. These scrolls can be used for any purpose such as a way at an event to get attendees involved with what's happening. It's a great idea for weddings and it better than the plain guest book because it gives space for a person's notes and wishes. It's a popular inclusion for a time capsule, too. Imagining opening up great grandma's comments years from now. Scrolls are all made by hand. Sorry, we do not offer custom calligraphy at this time.
