Sheet Protectors for Binders

This category of archival supplies includes clear document, page and digital media protectors. Here, you'll find both traditional (side loading) and modern (pocket loading) page protectors in standard punched sizes (mostly 3-hole, with some being 4-hole) for placement into binders and albums. Archival grade plastics used are either polyester (MylarD or Melinex brands) or polypropylene for clear and safe protection. Here, too, are the handy clear processing folders for documents, which are notably sealed on two adjacent sides of the protector and have no punched hole accommodations. They are easy to load and slip into files or boxes. Also in this category are the unpunched 8-1/2"x11" sleeves (which you might also find in the photo sleeving category elsewhere in the store). This style opens wide so that you might place the document (or photo) inside, then lock the open folded side to secure the item fast. A newcomer to top archival protection for time capsules is the anti-microbial sheet protectors and sleeving, in which the polypropylene material is impregnated by AgIon(tm). This provides Antimicrobial protection that prevents the growth of bacteria, yeasts, molds, and fungi for the life of the sheet protector. AgIONTM technology is safe for humans and is EPA registered and FDA listed for water and food contact.
