Important Information
Allow plenty of time for the complete project, but please don't keep us waiting forever. For time capsule contents awaiting final disposition from the customer for any reason, there will be a $20 per month storage fee should the storage not be due to FP&P scheduling demands. For instances in which the time capsule project is put on hold by the customer, full payment of the time capsule is expected, and that payment plus our estimated final shipping cost must be paid within 30 days. Future Packaging & Preservation is not responsible for any damage to the capsule while in the possession of the customer, however if customer notices damage to the capsule at time of arrival, customer is to notify Future Packaging immediately. If damage occurs during the time the customer has the capsule, the customer is responsible for payment of that capsule as well as a replacement (if damage is extensive to the point of not being able to sell the capsule). FP&P is not liable for any injuries incurred by mishandling of the time capsule. Customer must be aware that our time capsules are made of stainless steel and may have very sharp edges. Great care must be taken while handling the time capsule. Should the capsule shell be furnished to you and later sent back to us for final processing, no tape or sticky residue of any kind, nor any paint, shall be applied prior to final welding, or additional charges will apply. place it).
