Kannapolis NC officials peer at polished time capsule lid. They ordered a 16x16x36" Simple Capped 4200 style time capsule and opted for polishing. Thanks to the Independent Tribune, whose photographer in 2006 captured the only good photo we have of our polished box capsules.
